EYFS
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) applies to the learning, development and care of all children from birth to the end of the Reception year. At Honilands, children can join our Early Years provision from as young as two years old.
We have a separate Nursery provision for Two-Year-Olds and Three - and Four-Year-Olds, before children move into Reception in September of the academic year in which they turn five. Our Early Years consists of five classes in total.
Nursery classes:
- Buttercup - Morning provision for Two Year Olds (8:30am-11:30am)
- Poppy - Afternoon provision for Two Year Olds (12:30pm-3:30pm)
- Sunflower – Morning Nursery (8:30am–11:30am)
- Daffodil – Afternoon Nursery (12:30pm–3:15pm)
We currently offer provision for children who are eligible for the 30-hour nursery entitlement. Further information and eligibility criteria can be found at:
